Our mission is to create opportunities for those with behavioral health needs and those experiencing homelessness by promoting positive change and offering person-centered support in recovery.

This mission is carried out through the following programs and services:

    Individuals deserve to be part of a community that is welcoming and recognizes their potential.
    All employees will be Mental Health First Aid certified and participate in ongoing training to address stigma in the community. We provide a welcoming atmosphere.

    Individuals deserve respect for their human rights and dignity.
    We treat each other with unconditional positive regard.

    CHOICE
    Individuals have the right to choose their own life goals and to be recognized as the center for all decision-making.
    Our role is to assist individuals to identify and achieve their life goals.

    All human beings need and deserve support in their efforts to succeed and gain self-sufficiency.
    We provide a support system; we listen and show empathy for individuals served and fellow employees.

    WELLNESS
    Individuals deserve connection to services and resources that support wellness of body, mind, and spirit.
    We collaborate as a team to coordinate care for the individuals we serve. We promote wellness for employees and individuals served.

    RECOVERY/HOPE
    Hope is nurtured so each person believes in their own recovery.
    We encourage, and are empathetic to the individuals we serve and each other as we work together to provide hope to individuals in recovery.

    TEAM
    A collaborative approach provides responsive and accessible services. This partnership with individuals served builds confidence and self-determination.
    We support one another and communicate across programs as we work together to provide exceptional person centered services. In addition, we collaborate with outside supports and resources.

    HOME
    Individuals and families have the right to live in affordable and safe housing, in neighborhoods of choice.
    We work as a team to assist individuals and families to obtain and maintain safe and healthy homes in the community.
